Leigh Ann has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We attempted to find our own renter’s for months with no success. In fact, it led to us having to leave our home empty and unrented. We signed with Leigh Ann and within a few weeks she found great renters for our home. She made the process very simple, and she takes great pride in what she does. She also views your home as her own. She has been extremely diligent and provides excellent communication between us and the tenants. I had bad property managers in the past and was reluctant to hire a new one. After doing the management myself for many years and moving out of state, I found myself unable to adequately check on my rentals.

Leighann was amazing she managed our property in Denver 5 hours away from where we live . Our house was built in the 1930s so a very challenging property . She took care of everything . She has connections with plumbers , electricians, landscapers etc when needed .Do not know what we would have done without her . On the front end she took care of interviewing renters , all the rental contracts getting us paid ,it was excellent .She also would go to the property personally and check things out when needed.We had  a great experience with her for sure!
